Justin was so incredibly helpful! Any question I had he answered in a timely fashion. There were so many times when we would call him after hours and he always answered and helped us out. I didn't feel like just another number to him. He actually cares about the people he helps. I plan on using Justin again on my future loans!

I'd give him 10 stars if I could! Chene was very helpful in answering our questions no matter how silly. He explained the process very clearly. He was always available either immediately or very quickly when we needed him. The whole process was very easy to do online - much, much easier than our original loan with a brick and mortar bank!!! I cannot say enough good things about him.
