I cannot thank Cortni enough for the help she provided us throughout the process of obtaining our loan. I reached out to Rocket Mortgage out of desperation. My wife and I found our dream house and didn’t want it to get away. We were wotking with our local bank at the time and every step of the process was slow and tedious. From the moment I first spoke to Cortni she was positive, kind, and ...I cannot thank Cortni enough for the help she provided us throughout the process of obtaining our loan. We were wotking with our local bank at the time and every step of the process was slow and tedious. From the moment I first spoke to Cortni she was positive, kind, and professional. I felt like she made our loan her number one priority. She was always available and consistently returned phone calls immediately. She helped me understand the different options we had with our loan and made sure I knew the advantages and disadvantages of each option. She even helped me put together an offer on the house that I was comfortable with. We were a family of 8 living in a 2 bedroom house and I can honestly say that we would still be there if it wasn’t for Cortni.
