It's very difficult to find somebody who is both knowledgeable of the product and the process AND speaks good Spanish (a requirement for my husband) but Luis was one the very few. He was also quick, helpful and polite when responding to us when we needed help. We would wholeheartedly recommend him to anybody who needed this type of specialized help.

Alexus did a very wonderful professional job working with us and was very patient and clear. Alexis went above and beyond and helping us navigate through the whole process of alone and it was never impatient or without time for us. Alexus took time even if we didn't have any specific questions to follow up with us and make sure that everything was going according to task now just navigate our app....Alexus did a very wonderful professional job working with us and was very patient and clear.
