Nathen was great. Talked with him at least 3 times during the process. Maybe more. I remember being able to get in contact with him quickly and when we didn’t get him on the first call he always called us back promptly. He was great. Funny too, which made us relax. Rocket Mortgage would be smart to find more like him. Heck, give him a raise and have him train associates. (Now your thinking)🤔
