He stayed on top of every detail and made sure I always knew what was happening, which gave me a lot of peace of mind during what can be a stressful process.

What I appreciated most was how genuine and supportive he was throughout the entire journey. It never felt rushed or impersonal, he really cared about getting me to the finish line.

First time homebuyer here! Christian made the process smooth and painless. Any question I had was answered in a timely manner. According to my realtor, she never had a loan officer so on top of things in all her years. He's very patient and knowledgable. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Would have been nice for someone to tell me to turn off automatic payments for me to skip the 2 payments I was promised. Now I have had to contact 15 different people to get my money back and waste my time. Pretty shitty if you want to keep a customer. Might want to tell your customer in advance vice after your money was taken.
