When I called Rocket Mortgage I was helped by West Dewitt. My husband and I were in a bad financial situation and West listened to my problems, started typing in figures and within a few minutes he said we can help you. He patiently talked us through everything that needed to be done and would send me emails to check on how things were going. He was very courteous, understanding and helpful.
