Michael was my loan officer on a mortgage that closed in March 2026. He came up with the most creative financing I have seen.
Plus his underwriting team underwrote my loan soooo fast. And closing was on time

Best loan officer and underwriting closing team. Go Rocket Mortgage.

I give Jordan 5 stars for the help. He gave me with deciding which loan I needed to refinance was better than to take out the equity. He did a great job.

Angelica was amazing! She was tenacious in helping to move our loan process forward and ultimately to fruition. The underwriting process at Rocket was very painful and Angelica operated as if she was a partner to me in trying to help satisfy all of the requirements. She would keep me informed and was available during and outside her business hours. She is an example of what true client service...Angelica was amazing! I had a great experience working with Catherine and the Rocket Mortgage team. Things were clearly explained and happened when they said it would. Very easy process through the Rocket Mortgage app.

We have worked with Mike and his team several times over the years. We recently purchased a new home in Montana and they were incredible, as always. They literally take all the stress out of the process! Mike, Robin and the entire team have earned our highest respect and trust and we will continue to refer them to anyone looking to refinance or purchase a new home.

Kazi was great to work with and very polite. I wish the process would have went quicker as I am a current Rocket client.

Had a great experience refinancing with Adam as my loan expert. He made the entire process smooth, clear, and stress-free from start to finish. He was always responsive, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything so I felt confident in my decisions. Highly recommend
