Daniel was very responsive and proactive in getting the paperwork (both hard copy and electronic) to us and ensuring we were ready for the next step until it was time for the closing. The final amount was not enough to pay the loan off in its entirety as we had requested. Another issue occurred that Daniel helped us with and that was the paying of our yearly property taxes. Both the former mortgage holder and the new mortgage holder (Rocket Mortgage) paid the property taxes, which caused a double payment. After I called Daniel and explained to him what happened, he put us in touch with the correct department to handle this issue.
