The process was seamless and she followed through on everything we spoke about (I know because I wrote it all down). We highly recommend Lisa James to anyone who is in the market to buy or refinance.

Nick did a great job of guiding me through the process. However, I was a computer programmer for over 15 years and I have complained many times bout two items. First login-when you put in the first letter there is a red error message stating that your login name must be longer that 5 letters--My complaint has always been I the user should not get a red error message just for starting my login ...Nick did a great job of guiding me through the process. If I hit the return (enter) button before reaching 5 letters then and only then should the error message show up. Obviously, my comments have had zero impact as with you brand new login page the error is still there!!!! Not high marks listening to your customers. The second complaint was I could not down load the VA Child support page because there was no button to click to download the form. I presume this also was not fixed as both of these issues you development team deemed and unimportant. Not a happy camper

Filled out a form on internet to check on refinance. From initial contact you sold me on Rocket Mortgage refinance. You were great to work with and I thank you. however over all experience was not as it should have been. Consistent delays and request for more information that had nothing to do with my credit or ability to pay. You sent an original loans to be paid and had left one out. I contacted you and you text back saying you would add it in but it was not. Was given a hassle over co-signing a loan for my daughter after you had approved the loan. Since taking so long from loan to be paid and actual getting them paid {two months} all figures were wrong. Some were less and some were more so I have credits on some that are in limbo. don't want to give negative comments to anyone else but I sent everything you ask for instantly and paid taxes that were not really due till April 2019. And still took two months. Made to feel like a low life during the process. Sorry I was not within the average close in less than 30 days they advertise.
