I've worked with Alex on two loans now: from very basic primary home to complex secondary home mortgage. A few things that set Alex apart:
- Responsiveness: Alex is quick to answer the phone/emails/text/whatever and is flexible in form of communication
- Transparency: there are a lot of hidden costs in the mortgage industry. Alex was upfront/transparent
