Will is a very diligent and reliable partner. As a foreigner in his first-time mortgage experience, it was really very challenging to get everything together but Will was really a game changer, from the starting point in the chat by 10pm on a Friday evening to our hours-long conversations, so we could understand how it works, what to do etc etc etc.
