He even changed a Realtor’s perception of Rocket Mortgage as she perceived the process unorganized, with lack of communication, impersonal. Even tried to convince me to choose a different lender. Of course I did not, and promised her an awesome experience. After the closing she was so “wow” by the easiness of the process, the customer service, the meeting of the time frames, the communication and personal touch that she mentioned how impressed she was and would not mind doing business with Rocket Mortgage in the future.
