I was skeptical at first of the online process but everything was well organized and top-notch. Jacob helped to make the process as painless as possible. Being a legal secretary who does real estate closings I work frequently with mortgage reps and things can get so bogged down and difficult but Jacobs handling of my loan was so quick and efficient I was truly amazed. Philip's customer service was second to none! Any time I called he had answers and updates for me. Generally, there was no waiting around for him to "look up my account", he was on the ball and knew the status right away. Personally, I had a complicated income, which involved not only working for the state, but also for the National Guard in which I was currently serving Active Duty, so it was ...Philip's customer service was second to none! Personally, I had a complicated income, which involved not only working for the state, but also for the National Guard in which I was currently serving Active Duty, so it was a complicated system of 3 pay sources for the year, not to mention being a successful Etsy seller and receiving a significant amount of income through that ... on top of having a VA loan and a previous foreclosure.
