Nicholas had worked with me in the past, and at the time, he and Rocket Mortgage were a real life saver. I had been stuck in a situation where I was forced to pay down my loan at a rate much faster than necessary and with college bills piling up, had resorted to putting huge amounts on my credit card bill. Nicholas replaced that loan several years ago with something that let me clear my backlog ...Nicholas had worked with me in the past, and at the time, he and Rocket Mortgage were a real life saver. I had been stuck in a situation where I was forced to pay down my loan at a rate much faster than necessary and with college bills piling up, had resorted to putting huge amounts on my credit card bill. Nicholas replaced that loan several years ago with something that let me clear my backlog of payments as well as have a very very affordable new rate as long as LIBOR stayed low, which it did for a long time. Fast forward to the present where LIBOR had been gradually creeping up, and he set me up with a fixed rate loan really in the Nick of time, as at my new fixed rate I'm practically already paying less than what my previous LIBOR would have demanded. Nick did all the initiation - in fact maybe I should have listened better when he reached out half a year earlier - and perhaps because of my good credit and assets - we were able to close everything basically in 32 days from first call from Nick to signing the new loan.Read MoreRead Less
