Even after a couple homes fell through due to poor inspections, Lisa was able to keep us on track and under a very tight timeline. She was professional, always followed up on us and sometimes checked-in with us during the weekend, and always gave a thorough explanation on the process and the various steps ...Lisa (and the rest of Rocket Mortgage) was excellent throughout our entire mortgage process. We were on the phone for more than an hour and a half and he never made me feel like I was asking too many questions which I appreciate. He walked me through the whole refinance process.
