I got a call from Ryan and he started talking, wasn't sure, matter of fact wasn't trusting him. He continued to talk,very respectfully,and the more he talked,the questions he asked,I started feeling better about who I was talking with. He put together a terrific deal, truly all for my best interest. I feel that I made the right decision to sign with Ryan. I originally started working with one of Mario's colleagues, Matt. However, there came a point where I would need someone who spoke Spanish and was referred to Mario. By far, this has been the best experience I've had with anything that has to do with my mortgage. Mario walked me through every step of the way and explained everything thoroughly. He responded quickly to all my messages and kept me updated with the process. Along with that, he took the initiative to find a solution to a problem we came across and got me an even better deal.
