Charlie was great for me, and I had a very complex situation. After Charlie part at the beginning ended, however if you follow your task and the new contact, he still helps me with question and errors we found etc... I'm a Michigan native so I'm so happy to be able to work with Rocket. Now I need a loan!!! lol
