I was mostly happy with the way things went with our loan. It was done pretty much in a timely manner and Pat was very efficient at getting things started. Info provided by others was a bit misleading and frustrating due to the tight timeline we were under. The biggest problem has come at the end although not Pats fault in that the deposit of the money in our account is going to cause an extra 45...I was mostly happy with the way things went with our loan.
