Cass is an extremely professional and easy to work with person. The process that he lead us through was probably the easiest one I have ever done for a mortgage (I have had 7 previous mortgages, and this was by far the smoothest). Cass always had the answers for me for any questions I had, ands support staff was also on top of things. Rocket Mortgage and Joe Kruse was absolutely amazing. Right from the first phone call to the day we closed. Super simple process and all electronic! They even send the lawyer to wherever u want (we chose our home) and close.
