We were skeptical about not being able to walk in an office and see anyone but we didn’t feel like we were missing anything when it came to service. What a great experience having been my first time applying and buying a home. She made the process seamless I had no issues as a buyer going into the closing. The only thing that I had a slight issue was the availability.
