I have deal with several Mortgage Bankers in my day, but honestly I have never had the help and service as I had from Lisa James this time. She is really on top of her game. She called when she said she would call , she notified me 2 or 3 times every week as to the progress of my loan. It was so easy, simply because she know what she is doing and she wants to help people. It was so easy, simply because she know what she is doing and she wants to help people. I got a feedback request for Rocket Mortgage also and don't get me wrong the whole staff was great but Lisa was the one that got the ball rolling and kept to moving until my closing. I have never had the pleasure of meeting Lisa in person , but she was a true professional that makes you feel like you were dealing with and "old friend". If I had my way I would give her 5000 stars instead of 5, but 5 is all I am allowed here. If you are reading this and are in the need of a mortgage, call and ask for Lisa James you will not find someone that will help you and work with you and above all someone that really cares about your needs the way she does. Absolutely amazing! George pulled through at a time when we were so close to losing the house because of a previous lender who wasted our time. In record time George got us through the lending process including appraisal in a matter of 10 days. I'm CERTAIN that without George, we wouldn't be moving into our new home. Thank you SO MUCH!!

George was awesome, we had a roadblock with another lender that almost cost us our house, but George was able to get us approved and closed while getting an appraisel in 10 days, including the Thanksgiving Holiday. It was unreal how quickly they got everything together and saved the house for us!
