I have to say Titto did an outstanding job for me and my situation. I had a few different situations over the course of this process and he talked all of them. I had two different deals fall through on other properties from the other side of the table before we found the perfect one. I had a lot of questions along the way in addition to changing situations. He was always there to answer, adapt or modify my options, as the situations on first 2 were very fluid and constantly changing. When the third opportunity arouse for my eventual dream home came available he was ready in an instant to deploy the perfect options for me to secure this property. He was always available for me during the whole process, prompt and return my calls immediately or within a few hours. And I made a lot of calls so I was very appreciative of the constant communication. I wanted to take a minute put out a special Thank to Cody Boucher. I have to give him thanks as I was not easy to get in contact with. At first I told him No as I was involved with another Lender. I was short with him as I had just got off the Phone with that Lender.. Almost ready to just Say The Hell with this. A call comes in from Cody.. In fact, he was the exact opposite.
