I had started out with a different bank that will go unnamed and it seemed like I was hassling the broker. They never made an effort to reach out to me on their own. I finally gave up and contacted Rocket Mortgage. Billy was the polar opposite of my experience at the other bank. Billy was highly involved and responsive.
