Angela was amazing to work with. Business aside, she was very personable and genuinely cared about my moving experience. She always answered correspondence in a more than timely manner which matters when juggling so many aspects of a move. I felt Angela was always there for me. Thanks, Angela. Sheyleen tried to help us but her, her boss, and the Rocket team in general seemed ignorant of the bridge loan process and the various regulations involved. Our closing date had to be extended twice and there was a general lack of communication between the different departments. It was very stressful and a generally unpleasant experience.
