I had a very positive experience with Jad. Unfortunately, the process, that Rocket Mortgage appears to employ had me dealing with a few different people, and Jad was no longer in contact with me after the initial forms were taken care of. Ultimately, everything was resolved to my satisfaction. I find that a single point person, for me, is more efficient and lends itself to a more satisfying experience. When my client who is an investor told me she wanted to use Rocket Mortgage for her loan I was a little weary of her choice in lenders. I told her local is better communication and speed of closing the loan. She was adamant that she wanted to use James Petrone at Rocket Mortgage. So I thought lets do this!
