I contacted Rocket Mortgage in sept of 2018, I was connected with Brian Ronayne. After about 5 minutes of talking with Brian I realized we were talking to someone who truly wanted to help us with our refi. 22 days later our refi was funded. I had tried for 10 years with my bank who had our loan and was given a crazy number on interest rate. My wife and I are very happy with our new mortgage.
