Bobbie was good to work with, and very friendly. She walked us through the initial processes. Our only issue was that, sometimes we were not notified of changes, or the new status of our loan. For instance, we were not notified that our loan had gotten final approval. We only found out when we just happened to go to the website, and noticed an appointment had been set for signing the documents! ...Bobbie was good to work with, and very friendly. Finding out you have finally been approved, and the home is yours is a big deal, and we would have thought someone would have called us with the happy news.
