I can't rave enough about how easy Julius and the Rocket Mortgage team were to work with when refinancing my home. All of my questions and fears were addressed immediately and professionally. Even though I originally had some doubts about the whole process being online, it turned out to be quick and easy, and above all very CONVENIENT! Many people speak really fast and they do not like having to repeat themselves, but not Travis. He was very patient and spoke slowly and clearly so that I could understand every word he said.
