We actually spoke with Guy months in advance and told him that we aren't ready yet, but to contact us later and we provided the month and day. He called on that very specific month and day. Out Re-fi went smoothly as he predicted. Guy always kept us informed. Very professional and outstanding to work with. Nice job Guy!
