Cass really is as knowledgeable, available and PATIENT (considering I was probably asking newbie questions he gets asked 2500 times a week) as all the reviews say! The whole process was super easy and streamlined. If you hate paperwork, then Rocket is the way to go. Everything is easy to upload and verify online.... You can access all your documents at any time and know that everything is where it needs to be and you're not waiting for someone to find your pile of papers on a fax somewhere at the end of the hall. Super efficient. Plus any associates of his from other departments can access all your docs in the same place.Everything worked out, my closing was on schedule , and I probably could have closed earlier if I hadn't had to wait for the seller to vacate. After trying with Bank of America and Ditech Financial to refinance my home for over 60 days, then getting declined, I contacted Dom with Rocket Mortgage, He was excellent with helping us secure a refinance for our home within 30 days. He was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the refinance process, and getting us the best rate possible. James reached out to me to inform me that I qualified for a refinance that would lower my monthly payments and allow me to consolidate some other debts as well. He was helpful and passed me off to the finance department who took care of all the paperwork and closing. He contacted me towards the end of the closing process to check that everything was well.
