As a loan originator, James was knowledgeable and helpful, and provided a fair refinance offer from Rocket. There were, however, a few "hiccups" during the negotiations. He adjusted the origination fees down, then later submitted loan documents with the higher original fees.
There were also some annoying issues with loan processing, but these were unrelated to James. There were also some annoying issues with loan processing, but these were unrelated to James. Specifically, the processing staff requested 3 different requests regarding our Living Trust, for 3 different documents. Each of the requests were a minimum of 4 or 5 days apart, thus delaying the loan settlement by several weeks. It made me feel that the Rocket Underwriting or the Processing departments had never seen a Living Trust before!Read MoreRead Less
