Even when my loan had to go to other specialists to close my loan, Frank stayed in touch the whole time and was always available. He was the only specialist that took the time to call and speak to me personally. Even though emails and the online portal message board is very convenient, Frank going the extra mile to actually connect with me and my family spoke volumes of his character. Honestly, Frank could have been my only contact with Rocket Mortgage and I would have been happy with that. I also loved that he was so responsive, even he was under the weather or when it was after his normally scheduled hours//day off. That kind of service is almost unheard of in this day and age.
