I felt very comfortable with Rob from the beginning. I understand why, but I was disappointed when I had to work with other people during my progression. I never had that connection with the other people. However, there were too many people that I had to deal with. I accidently reached Rob once, when I was frustrated with the progress and he got back to me within the hour with the answers for ...I felt very comfortable with Rob from the beginning.
