Jeannie is such a joy to work with. She's very knowledgeable about the lending process and was able to answer every question we had, right there on the spot. She is so pleasant to deal with. Jenn was a breath of fresh air. This was my first time refinancing my house and I was very nervous about the entire process. Jenn was amazing every step of the way.
