When I sold my condo in Portland, OR it was through an organization that told me it was a "short sale" and that I would have to wait several years before I could renew my home mortgage. So I accepted his guidance and efforts, ...and ended up with a new loan that saved me many $$$. He was very easy to talk to and spent a lot of time on my behalf.
