My husband and I were so fortunate to have Rachna Kapoor as our Rocket Executive Loan Officer. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable with all aspects of our loan process. Rachna answered all of our questions and let us know what was happening with each step. She was friendly and personable. She even came to our closing and wished us the best with our new home. We highly recommend her!
