Can I give more stars?? Austin made our refinancing super easy. Everything he asked for was clear and straightforward and the website tracking the progress is incredibly well done and very easy to follow. I cannot believe how long we suffered (groveled) with our bank before we found Austin. Again Austin, thank you for helping us with our "citizen's divorce" from Bank of America.

The only issue we had with Rocket Mortgage was with the apprasial process. In 2013 when we had our first loan with Rocket Mortgage, our home was appraised at $602,000. Additionally, our most recent estimated home value of our current Rocket Mortgage was $662,000. However, we were shocked to review our initial appraisal which came in at $440,000. How is that possible on a home purchased at $582,000 in 2003 and appraised by Rocket Mortgage in 2013 at $602,000 on our previous Rocket Mortgage with significant upgrades made during that period of time?
Because of this initially low appraisal which resulted in a PMI, we were forced to switch to a VA mortgage which came in at $525,000 but cost us several weeks in time and increased closing costs.
