Nick, was very helpful when contacting him about a new loan. He completed the app process while on the phone with him. He advised me of the things I would need to provide to their office and said that the closing would take place in about a month. It was easy too make contact with him and he alway responded to my questions quickly. Nick is very knowledgeable and friendly.

We received several other quotes, all about the same as Rocket Mortgage. It was Gordon that sold us on going with them. Very friendly, and easy to deal with. He seems very genuine and most importantly, he was NOT pushy as so many were. He was always available to answer questions, or to inform us of new developments. Deb and I both HIGHLY recommend him.
