We were very pleased with the personalized service. Chris initiated our mortgage and made recommendations to meet our needs. He walked us through the online application. Chris followed up with emails and phone calls to make sure we were satisfied with the process. Once the mortgage was approved, Chris called to congratulate us and tell us that we can call him anytime if we have questions.
