Kaitlyn Weldon was top notch from the start over 2 years ago. At that time we tried to refinance, but I guess it just wasn't time. I had kept Kaitlyn's # and gave her a call. She remembered Dave and I from 2 years ago. We again started a refinance and she was so great and professional in doing it all.
