James was a God sent! He was my voice of reason when things seemed out of control. He is very knowledgeable and has a way with people that make them feel that they are his one and only client. No matter where he was, when I sent out an e-mail for clarity on something or just to get a question answered, it didn't take long before he either e-mailed me back with an answer or picked up the phone and called. He never seemed to be bothered by my inquiries and always was pleasant to talk to. I always felt calm and in control after being in contact with James.
I highly recommend James if you want as stress free as possible experience with buying a home.
