At first, as natural instincts may suggest, I thought this was just good salesmanship. But very quickly I came to learn that Jorge had a real-life interest in helping me. We discussed a variety of options, and he knew that I didn't have to do anything, with 3 years left on a very good rate. But, with rates beginning to rise, and the logic of haven't the certainty of a payment, we refinanced. ...At first, as natural instincts may suggest, I thought this was just good salesmanship. And, even though the appraisal was less than expected, and with some objection on my part, he nevertheless was able to structure a refinance that met the criteria that we had originally considered.
