Being that this was my first time at refinancing my home, I felt silly with all my questions and concerns and expressed my feelings to Jake. I even apologized to him for feeling like I was taking up his time with my lack of knowledge of refinancing with so many...Working with Jake was great was great. Anytime I had a question or a concern Jake would answer my question or calm my concern immediately.

He told me that was why he was there, to answer my questions, concerns and to make the refinancing go as smoothly as possible. He also said he would rather me ask questions than to feel like I was being left in the dark and being confused about the process and to please feel free to contact him at any time.
He was very open as to how to contact him giving me his direct line at Rocket Mortgage and his mobile number telling me that if he didn’t answer, to leave a message and he’d get back with me. Of course initially when he did this I was thinking, sure he will, I’ll hear back from him when he can get back with me. After all, I’m not his only client!!! Surprisingly, Jake got back with me with in hours or if I called late in the day it was early the next morning!
