Where I was confused, he cleared things up for me. Once the process of refinancing started, he did not vanish - on the contrary. He sent me emails to let me know what will come next, what forms I had to complete, and, overall, he overseen the whole refinancing process. I felt safe all this time. I had no second thoughts and no fear. I knew I was in good hands.
Once I signed the refinancing papers, Matt said he will continue to help me whenever I'll need assistance with my new loan. And you know what? I completely believe him! His phone number is saved in my contacts, and I know he is just one phone call away.
