Only suggestion - Maybe Rocket Mortgage can make "one" person responsible for a mortgage , In my case I had to talk with 4-5 people to get things done, everyone had varied roles. This will truly make customer experience excellent

shane and his staff are hyper-efficient. timely, precise, courteous, and customer orientation. i have had at least 10 past mortgage/loan experiences....nothing like shane's modus operandi. he had said , no paper work, no forms, 18 days to close. i had zero paperwork, and we closed in less than 15 days. i call this 5 star product. simply fantastic.
