Joseph was great to work with and very responsive. His processing/closing teammates were not so good.Lost documents, didn't update payoff, missed Insurance paid in full recent so charged about $8,000 extra at closing. Options given were to postpone closing (again) or get reimbursed. Rate was expiring so had to depend on others to reimburse. His team needs help!
