Great job on the initial contact and getting to the approval al stages. Very though and timely on data exchanges etc. I had sent him many documents through the early stages that the title company needed. For some reason they kept calling;lling me for the information.

Torward the end of the process I was contacted by a new person to follow the rest of the approval process. Torward the end of the process I was contacted by a new person to follow the rest of the approval process. I would have been nice to hear from Justin that this was going to happen. After this handoff had a couple of issue where someone from Rocket called me to get the title company to do something. I called the title;e company two different times and they said they had no work orders from rocket in their portal. On both occasions the Rocket folks found they had the documents already after I called and told them the title company was waiting on them.
