Patrick was persistent in calling and making sure we were taken care of. He answered my questions as best as he could.

There was some confusion about closing costs that could have been better explained earlier in the process. Also Patrick’s emails regarding which documents I needed to sign or review never matched what was on the website - this was frustrating.
