I loved talking to Laura. I called after seeing a Rocket Mortgage commercial, as we were dealing with a rather inept broker in our town who NEVER answered her phone. Why do I “owe” her any business? So I called and got Laura and she guided me through the process and offered me a great interest rate, beating the other broker by .375 percent! I told her she made my day, and we continued on with ...I loved talking to Laura. I called after seeing a Rocket Mortgage commercial, as we were dealing with a rather inept broker in our town who NEVER answered her phone. Why do I “owe” her any business? We did a refi on our rental property. Bryan explained our options and made sure we understood what each would do. He told me what documents needed to be downloaded on the initial call. That made the process very easy. He only added a couple of other items and I was able to finish up that part of the loan process. We really like the Rocket Mortgage experience.
