Tyler was great to work with. Rocket Mortgage less so, due to the myriad individuals you have to navigate, but I in our case Tyler stepped in and fixed things that were beyond what his normal realm of work. He comes across as a little slick sometimes, but he got the job done well. Would definitely recommend him.
