I am pleased that Rocket Mortgage/Schwab has gotten into the loan business. If other employees performance is similar to Ryan's, I will not use another lender anytime soon. I hope you give the big players (B of A; Wells Fargo) a run for their money. You are setting a new standard for customer service in the lending industry, which is sorely needed.
