We had a tricky transaction due to being self employed and some unusual rental income sources (VRBO).
Initially the underwriters would not qualify us because they did not understand our unique income.
Ryan continuously worked with us, coming up with many different options to present our situation to the underwriters, to get them to understand our qualifications.
